Textbook in Canada

Since I live in Canada, is there any way of obtaining the textbook? Amazon won't let me me ship here

We are trying to get fulfilment through other venues that will not have these international restrictions. Sorry about the inconvenience.

I live in Denmark, Europe. I haven't tried to get Amazon to ship it to Denmark, but I was wondering, if there are any distributors within the EU.

The problem is, that if I import goods, like books, from outside the EU, there is an import tax of 25-30% + 150DKR in processing fees, which will make the book quite a bit more expensive.

Unfortunately we do not have a distributor based in the EU. We are working on that. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Would it go against your distributor by having a .mobi version of the textbook that I could buy?

We are checking the possibility of having an eBook version for some platforms, but it may take some more time.
