Default Triangular numbers
At the bottom of page 104, shouldn't {Q(Q+3)}\over2 be {(Q+1)(Q+2)}\over2 ?

It's only now it occurs to me that the printed dimension is that of the hyperplane with first co-ordinate 1, and the latter is that of the whole vector space, so no typo!
