Exercises optimal solutions

Is there a way that we can have a document contains solutions for the exercises (not the problems). Because this will help us to understand the material more easily. I am a very busy professional who tries to understand all the details in a very short time.

I have tried most of the exercises in the first chapter of the book.But there is no way to check whether my answers are correct or not.Is there a way to cross check my answers to the exercises ?
