Default Software used to create book and slides
Hello,

Besides being an excellent read, I am really impressed with the typographic and physical quality of the book, especially for the price tag. Also, the figures are very clean and effective. The book looks like it was made with LaTeX/Tikz, but I don't know how the slides were made. What software/language was used to make the book and slides?

Both used LaTeX packages with some added macros that we wrote.

I started reading this book for time pass and has now become serious about it.
