If you want to include a video segment from one of the lectures in your post, you can use the lecture tag. Here is an example of including Lecture 7 starting at 5 minutes and 45 seconds (spaces added to the tag to prevent rendering)

where the 345 is the starting point in seconds (5 minutes and 45 seconds). Here is the result of writing this tag correctly, without the spaces:
