Please make the book available on the Kindle. I bought the hardcover but would prefer to read it on my new Kindle Fire.

Thank you for the suggestion. We are looking at different e-formats trying to get the same quality as the printed book. We are not sure yet that Kindle would be the best format for a textbook with equations, tables, and figures, but we haven't excluded the possibility.

I was working with my kids the other day. They have some textbooks in iPad, which links to the web and has interactive functionality. I was interested to find out if high level college textbooks can be create with interactive functions. For instance, when we read one section, there will be a link to regressin section of the video lecture. May be, we can have simulation clips to assit the learning experience.
