Typo in Problem 3.16?

In problem 3.16 part c it says to use the Supermarket and CIA applications "in Example 3.4" I believe that Example 1.1 was intended.

Also I could not find an Example 2.4, although there are examples 2.3 and 2.6

Yes typo; it is Example 1.1 that contains the CIA and supermarket examples.

Where are you referencing Example 2.4 from?

I wasn't looking for a particular reference to Example 2.4. I thought that Example 2.4 might be a typo for Example 2.4, so I went looking for Example 2.4. I just thought I'd mention that the example numbering seems to be a bit strange. Perhaps it follows some pattern that went over my head.

Actually, I think it's ok.

The examples, lemmas and theorems are all on the same numbering scheme. Apologies if this is a little confusing.
