Question 1, c1 is not changing
 
on Q1, it says.
(note that crand and cmin will change from run to run)

does it means that c1 will not change from one to another experiment in the 100000 experiments?

That's right. You are always looking at the first coin.

thanks for answer, now i understand, C1 doesnt change, but, why Cmin changes? if im selecting from same set??

C_{min} is the coin which, in that particular experiment, had the least number of heads in 10 flips.
