Determining Not Learning. (Question 1)
 
Hi,

This is in reference to first question in assignment. Can someone please help me how to determine if a Scenario is 'Not Learning'.

This might be Naive questions. Please bear me.

Hi Sathish,

Think of whether you need data to solve the problem empirically, or you can apply analytic tool to solve it without the need for such data. The latter would be "not learning."
