Mapping between video lectures and book chapters
 

What is the mapping between the video lectures and the book chapters?
The reason I ask is that, after reading chapter 1 and viewing lectures 1 and 2, it seems that lecture 3 corresponds to Chapter 3, while Chapter 2 is discussed in video lecture 6 maybe?

I see this was pretty much answered at 25sec into the course here:
The numbers in that outline correspond with the lectures
These follow the flow of the book contents, except, as the instructor points out, topic/lecture 3 is covered early -it is from the beginning of Chapter 3 of the book.

Then, material after lecture 13, and for lecture 10, appears as supplemental eChapters in the LFD Book forum (which is itself organized by book Chapter).
