Hoeffding Inequality
hello, i bought the book some days ago and I begin to read it. I am not expert on probability theory, i work in the FPGA, ASIC design field.
in the first chapter, it is introduced the Hoeffding Inequality but if for example, N= + infinity we have that probably is minor or equal to 2. what means 2 for a probability? Thank you |
