Q3 clarifications
What does "If there is overfitting," mean in Q3? Does it mean "In order to determine if overfitting has occurred"?
In option d) does "comparing the values of (Eout - Ein)" imply that there are at least two values of diff = (Eout-Ein)? and do they correspond to different hypotheses? |

Re: Q3 clarifications
For part d) do we assume that the values of Eout-Ein are for the same N, number of examples?

Re: Q3 clarifications
Does part d) mean that we only have access to values of Eout-Ein and not to the values of Ein or Eout?
