Any other Canadians want the book?
 
I'm told by the publisher that they can ship a minimum order of 9 books to Canada. I want one; there's another thread by Muckmot, so if he/she's in that's two. Are there seven more Canadians around who'd like to read it?

I'm willing to coordinate the purchase and distribution if we can get nine people together.
